- juice of 1 juicy lemon
- a pinch of lemon zest
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- small handful of parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp butter (I think this didn’t add anything so kind of optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- shit i almost forgot the actual shrimp
- so yeah shrimp
- don’t buy the pre-cooked pink shrimp they taste like dry crap once re-cooked
throw all ingredients but shrimp and salt/pepper into a pan
let it heat up a bit, stir it around blahblah
throw in shrimp, cook until pink
add salt and pepper
